Our Limited Release Pinot Noir is our foray into Central Otago. The fruit was sourced from the Lowburn sub-region on the edge of Lake Dunstan. This is one of the warmer sub-regions of Central Otago and produces wines of purity and subtle power.The fruit was hand-picked late in the season. Once in the winery, there was minimal handling allowing the fruit to express its purity. The wine further developed while maturing in French oak barriques for 10 months prior to bottling.
