Our Limited Release Sauvignon Blanc was made from a selection of our most expressive fruit from the 2019 vintage. The wine was made from 100% Wairau Valley fruit from our estate owned Grovetown and Litchfield vineyards. The wine we’ve made shows impeccable fruit expression, concentration and balance.
Grapes were crushed and destemmed prior to pressing and fermentation was induced by the introduction of carefully selected yeast strains. We fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve the lifted aromatics in this wine.
